Reading well for mental health

New books in our Health & Wellbeing collection!

The libraries at East Surrey and Crawley Hospitals have a range of books available to support mental health.

Topics include:  coping with anxiety/eating disorders/ depression/ stress and worry. Concerned about OCD or social shyness – we have books about those issues so if you want to learn more or want to help a relative/friend why not see if these books can assist?

This collection is part of the Reading Agency “Reading well books on prescription“.  This aims to support understanding and ways of managing mental health issues and offer an understanding of how therapies can assist eg Mindfulness or CBT.

Find out more online at the Reading Agency or visit the library to browse the collection. Our Pinboard is also well worth browsing!
