As you like(d) it last year… we are holding a World Book Night event durng the daytime on Friday 22nd April.
NHS Staff and Students – please visit the library at East Surrey Hospital at 10.00-11.30 or 1-2.30.
Collect a clue – there is a Shakespeare theme – it will indicate a section of the library where you can claim your free mystery book (fiction).
Limited numbers of books available to claim so one book per participant.
World Book Night is run by the Reading Agency and aims to inspire people to take up reading and celebrate the difference that reading makes to their lives. Other local events are being organised by our colleagues in the public libraries so do take a look at what else is going on in the South East or in other parts of the UK this weekend:
